“It is me, or was winter somewhat…short this year?” Sipping on an energy tea, Whisper peeled out of her jacket and loosely wrapped it around her waist.
Though it was only February, it was a warm, 71 degrees (21°C)out and a sunny day- very unorthodox weather for this time of year. Nonetheless, Whisper decided to enjoy this gorgeous day with a walk around town to stretch out her legs and do some shopping.
But why is it so warm in February?!
I am wearing shorts and short sleeves…in the winter. Got to love living in a warm climate :|
Whisper does not mind either way, though if she had a choice, she would happily be up North where it’s snowing and cold at the moment. That and if it is warm for too long, her fur changes colors for the season, and it just throws off her body.
-Brown fur- shorter fur to adapt to warmer temperatures
-White fur- longer, fluffy coat to adapt to colder temperatures
But I digress…
I received this piece MONTHS ago, but I am trying to get caught up on posting art while I have a little downtime and I’m not too distracted by work! Yes, I am very much alive and well, as is Whisper. We are just busy being responsible adults and doing our jobs.
