The anatomy is really good. Maybe add more light to the character because he blends in with the background though otherwise really cool.

You colors are pretty damn amazing. I'm just getting anatomy down ( a little bit) but im curious as to how you shade so well? (I use CS5, but I still cant color)

Well even if i'm not happy with the way I'm coloring I thank you for the compliment. I use SAI Paint tool so I don't know much how CS5 react but for shadows I use the blur tool. However, that's not the only way I do it now, I play a lot with brush density and mixing colors.

My tip for you is experiment. Try different techniques, different tools and find one you are comfortable enough with. I already said it a lot to a lot of people but the only secret is practice and experiments. Stuff like that is all about trial and error.
