Due to his agile and superhuman strength, along with excelled dueling combating skills, he was appointed as the captain of the guard for IM-Human colony Bund. Among the IM-Humans, he represents as IM-humans who does not lose the empathy, but struggles to balance his duty and desire.

A year passed since Jonathan's death, he encountered Mrs. Elizabeth Brisby who was assisted by Mr. Ages to see Nicodemus. From the first sight, he began to romantically attracted to her but behaved respectfully with manners once he learns she's Jonathan's widow. Within days helping Brisby family, he forms a paternal bond with Elizabeth's children while his attraction towards Elizabeth increased, and so is his guilt. However, this doesn't stop him from protecting Elizabeth and her family.
