After filling his ceiling with the a rainbow of balloons, Rubber Heart affixed a mask to his muzzle and slipped in his beachball inflatable suit. The air compressor begins pumping up the suit as the helium gas starts to alter his voice. The squeaky giggles come out of him as his mind is filled with balloon thoughts. It won't be long till his as round as the balloon above him, and left giggling with a high pitch voice.
