Took a deep hit of nostalgia today for some old games I used to run over discord that kind of was the start of Swan as a character becoming what they are now (rather than more of a swamp hag creature) and eventually what spawned the whole rest of my mockerie characters.

They were still WAY different back then about 4 years ago. Cold and calculating, manipulative, (for better or worse) more intelligent, and had some interesting quirks that didn't stick quite as much as others. Thats all still canon to me, just a little bit different than how it actually went down. (For instance, calling them 'doll' or 'puppet' is likely to get you bit nowadays but back then it was their nickname given by my players and used in-character by the participants of the games!)

So I did a little redesign, keeping the palette and clothes but changing up the actual body into that of a swan beastfolk. Also might be the first time that Swan has been an actual swan.
