Presenting a new OC I created: Cobraband, A Cobra with rubber-based powers

Bio:
Montague "Monty" Slithers was always known for being able to slip his way out of any situation. As a young snake, he was known to get out of trouble. Growing up, he became a yoga instructor as a way to help others be more flexible. For many years, business for him was going great, but then one day, he found that his studio was in some financial troubles. Starting to be desperate to save his studio, he wished for a way to get the money for the rent; just then, he saw a flyer asking for volunteers to test a new experimental vitamin and offered big payments; so, he took the job. When Monty tried the new vitamin, he didn't feel any different. After he was paid, he left the facility. As he was heading home he didn't notice a freight truck coming, and without warning, he didn't notice that his body stretched out of its way. He then realized that the vitamin did change him; this gave him an idea to be a hero, for he had a great heart.
And thus, Cobraband was born.
