Shaun Krogak, a powerful star mage as well as a distanr cousin to Mia and Tammie.
The Krogak family is a very powerful and influential family, the Don (a Don being a title to someone who starts a new clan or family name), Garrik Don Krogak being one of the key leaders of the Alternarian revolution about 1000 years ago, though unfortunately the Krogak family also often suffer from mental disorders, and general mental health issues.
Shaun's household Broke apart after his mother had a child with someone else and disappeared, his father then moving far to the west to become a hermit, losing himself in the research of how radiation and magic reacts when mixed.
Blue haired Alternarians often gravitate towards magical and spiritual pursuits.
He's very interested in earth history, and he specializes in star magic.
His soul type is a Lucid soul of Sorrow, Stars and Moons.

The Omarasa used to have full control over the eastern half of the Alternarian planet, except for the Northern areas.
They constructed a huge city, city itself was about the size of a country itself, with 5 huge districts, this place was sort of a hub where the Omarasa kept all their enslaved species, it was mostly Alternarians, but over all it was a melting pot of many different aliens, even abducted humans.
Tons and tons of very angry people, there was far more of them than the Omarasa forces, so a revolution was basically inevitable, Garrik being one of the first to organize a group, operating mainly in the catacombs, people kept joining, people too far away to join that group created their own and it sort of cascades from there, eventually the revolutionaries cause what remained of the Omarasa presence to retreat and they claimed the city as their own, and over time they became their own political and military force strong enough to rival the Omarasa Empire.

Back on post apocalyptic earth there's a lot of magic and radiation in the air, when humans are exposed to this too long they start to resemble demons, reddening skin, horns growing, tail, and death by radiation poisoning can end up turning someone into an undead.
I imagine the radiation allows magic to latch onto the DNA
Probably more. But that's all I got for right now
