She rambled on and on. First it was about her coworkers, then it was about the managers, then it was about her pay, and her work. At some point I blocked most of it out. At this point, I was putting together the data on her background, in my head. She is Brazilian. A very fiery spirit. A wolf that will not take no for an answer. Then I went through her manager's words, she is loud. Not one to put but under the bus. She does take responsibility for her actions. But, as I saw, confrontational, brash, and can be a bit unruly. I was weighing out the pros and cons of her work in my head when she slammed her hands on my desk. At that point, I needed to put her in her place.
