There are many times in business where folk who do great work get overlooked. In my particular business, I tend to keep my eyes on exceptional talent. My wife, Sachi, was helping me with the information on the employees and their accomplishments. Well, until it was interrupted by a very "vocal" employee. And let me tell you, it was an experience for employee.
