Ierian, lost son of the Utak line, banished by Giratina from the pokemon world to this strange world where his powers range from weakened to useless.

This is an OC I created for a particular RP world, you can find his origin story elsewhere in my gallery. I had begun a picture to go along with the story and never completed it - this is a revised version of that same pose.

This particular lugia's family line wear a slick coat of small "silver wing" feathers that, like feathers of a duck, are waterproof when flattened against their body and allow for great underwater agility. But sometimes he has to clean under those feathers and fluff them out to dry, letting old feathers float away in the breeze. This rock has become a comfortable and familiar resting spot and his few friends know they can often find him lounging here.
