We must not forget that although Oceana is a kaiju who imposes her gigantic size and can therefore be frightening, she remains a giant monster with a big heart, sometimes having the behavior of an innocent child, never thinking of doing wrong.
Like right now, she saw cars driving on the highway and it made her think of the little toy cars that she sometimes played with as a child in her parents' palace under water. Except that these are real-sized cars, with people and Oceana is not aware that its size plays a big role in the prospects and causes panic among the civilians.
But our big pink monster is not aware of it and is having a lot of fun during this little moment of relaxation.
