But actually... he's really a skinny human named Charlie is is very closeted about his love of fat. One day, he happened to meet my Jirachi, Lumen, and she granted his wish to be a fat Pokémon, which he decided to be a shiny Blaziken. And while in his Blaziken form, he goes by Chaz and is more confident and social, especially around fellow fatties.
