According to Fur Affinity's Accetable Upload Policy (see), you're not supposed to upload incorrectly-rotated images. This certainly is incorrectly-rotated, so I'm surprised the FA staff didn't get rid of it. I think you should probably delete this from your Gallery, then re-upload it properly rotated.
