I predict that either the amulet will get also stolen from her, or she will become so fat, she can't wear it anymore. The spell will break and everyone will see her as the fraud she is.
I would prefer a happy ending, however...

IIt's an interesting theory, but I'd like to think that, and this is if something were to happen to the amulet like it gets stolen from her or she becomes too big to wear it anymore (though maybe the amulet, as it's clearly been established to be enchanted, while it might grow a bit tight around the thickening neck of its owner, might magically adjust so that it can always fit whoever may don it so theirs no species, body shape and physique limitations as to whoever can wear it) or something else happens and Anna loses it then the spell won't break and she won't be seen as a fraud by everyone. However, she won't get anymore strings of good luck where she won't have higher, wealthy and more powerful positions in heirarchy fall into her lap. So unless she's already somehow managed to make it to the very top by that point and be appointed 'High Queen of the lands' or 'Ruler of the world' then she'll have to settle with what she's got at the time wherever she loses the amulet. And if someone else who stole or finds the amulet puts it on then, unless she can somehow get it back, she'll be unable to do anything but watch as someone else is blessed with gradually more wealth and power by the trinket and, if they wear it longer than she did, climbs higher in the social hierarchy than she managed to during her time with the amulet [and also possibly by proxy grow bigger, heavier and overall fatter than her as a possible side effect or 'catch' / trade-off (or perhaps 'plus' depending upon the opinion and tastes of whom you ask) to wearing the amulet].
