งูเห่าทองพ่นพิษ.
Naja sumatrana.
The Equatorial Spitting Cobra is one of two spitting cobra species that one can find in Thailand. It does occur in two different colour variations: one being golden-yellow, with smooth, brown speckles all over its body while the other one is of a most beautiful bluish jetblack. The golden morph is more common in Thailand while the black variant occurs in Malaysia and Singapore (Thailand, though, does have some rare accounts of blacks as well. Still, its Thai name emphasises on the golden variant). Both variations lack any hood markings.
The snake itself is pretty rare and can only be found in Thailand's southern parts.
