Another one of my Custom Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragons,This one is an Exceed Monster With the new Exceed Summoning Mechanics,Personally...I hate the exceeds...most if not all of them Are Trash,A lot of their effects suck and it wouldn't be that bad if their Stats made up for it but sadly they don't...Oh well That's just my Opinion Some people may like them,But to each their own.This is just my own Personal Exceed and yet ANOTHER form of my Scarlet Meteor Dragon xD This is kinda part of a Story of Scarlet Meteor Dragon In 2 Choices,1 is Accepting needing a New Way to Fight and Achieving Accel Synchro(Crimson Eclipse Dragon) or refusing to Find a different way of fighting and ending up beaten and scared and eventually Transforming and being Experimented(No. 29 Pyro Carnage Dragon).
