Kingdom of Draconis
Draconis often known as the Isle of Dragons or Dragon archipelago it a group of islands that form the Kingdom of Draconis home for the world most powerful Dragon pokemon with Dragons coming form where known city's back form the human era like Blackthorn, Opelucid, Hammerlocke and so many others while those places still exist to this day many dragons moved form there to form this Kingdom in fact many Dragons in the kingdom can trace their family lines back to the human era often with some of the most famous Dragon masters like Lance, Hassel, Drake, Drayden and so much more even trainers who aces are dragons like cynthia so many Dragons who can prove their bloodline are proud of it Kinryu is form one such bloodlines as his bloodlines can be trace to Charizards of Red, Leon and Lance along with a few others so his family is proud of this Kinryu was born on the main island of Draconis where he was raised and his Family has Rule Draconis for a long time

Longwang is one of the most well known family in the kingdom for their lineage their power and their bloodline gives them longer life's Kinryu in his early days was Trained by his father Ike and his most powerful and trusted Royal Guard a Shiny Tyrantrum Bastion who trained Kinryu, Kinryiu trained hard there not any one who could beat him in a fight he all so the best in his class as he pass all of his Dragon training and trials faster then any known dragon or dragon blooded pokemon not even with a scratch as their training and trials back then was well known to be some of the hardest and unforgiving training with it breaking many dragons even leading few on race occasions to become perm diapers or in worst cases Death in fact the training has gotten harder and more harsher over the years Kinryu would often speak out about this as he well known to be a Rebellious about the old ways even fighting with his father about it a few times this made many respect Kinryu even if his ways did not follow the old ways when he come of age he taken part in the Trail of Evolution that all dragons and Dragon blooded take as part of their coming of age he was the only Dragon in history to clear it as fast as he did and evolve into a Charizard it was then he found out he was a rare Charizard he was a Mightiest pokemon sometimes known as the Unrivaled

Becomeing King of Draconis
Once he was ready he challenge his father in Draconis right to rule a challenge the king must accept or those under him will think he or she is a coward with that he accepted it by right it to be a one on one battle no holding back using only their power and moves their poke diapers can't not aid them in any way and that go's the same for any power that isn't natural or comes form them it much like a similar right to win over a dragon loyally but this was for the right to rule the kingdom as it next ruler but mega stones and Terastallizes are allow as he bring in with his his mega stone his father given to him after a long battle he beaten Ike and by the right he had to give up being the ruler and Ike was proud of Kinryu while Bastion would choose to become a permanent diaper for Kinryu to wear as the New King or queen all ways wear the pervious one while the last ruler in most cases unless the head of the royal guard is willing to take their place he was wearing is taken to where all the Dragon rulers diapers or Royal guard heads are place he turn him into his diaper and once he put him on he was officially the new King he had his own Cape made not wanting to wear anything else as he wanted to show he didn't need things like armour and gotten Yuri to make him a weapon that be the symbol of his rule a Great sword flamescourge dragobuster that so heavy that only a very few people in the world can lift it but he can both wheeled it in one hand and swing it with one hand showing how powerful he is as his new king he started to make changes he look into their traditions and ways and he removed those that was too harmful to the kingdom in the long run while changing those he kept for the better he made the training easier that lead to less dragons breaking down form it as well as way less Pamplity and fatality rates while keeping it hard but fair he opened the kingdom borders to all and started trade with other kingdoms as well and negotiating alliances and keeping relations good with other kingdoms like tuttlereef thanks to his father who left to become it ruler for his friend Luce while most of the older dragons and die hard's did try to oppose all this most of the kingdom dragons specially the younger dragons as doing this made the kingdom look nicer to the world it boosted the kingdom economy and even give it people chances they would never have even finding pokemon they fall in love with and have dragon blooded children with out needed to leave the kingdom the kingdom in just in the first few months of his rule was far better then it has ever was and he rule fairly

Ryo Bakura
One night he was out for flying to help clear his head on some things when he return he started heading to his room when he heard something in a near by room when he gone to check it out he saw a Kommo-o stealing priceless items form his father rule when he saw he was spotted he try to attack him by he simply side step and hit him hard with the back of his hand that so hard it send the Kommo-o flying into a wall embedding him in it before he pull him out and slam him into the floor knocking him out he smile as some of his personal guards come running heading the commotion he order them to take him into a near by room as he be their guest and to have a full meal ready for him when he comes to as well as a healer to check if he hurt and to let him know as soon as he wake in the morning he was told the Kommo-o had waken so he gone to the guest room he was in to see him there he saw him and apologise if he hit him too hard and told him he was free to eat as much as he want and use as much of the diapers he had as he want Kommo-o smile and laugh as he not use to be treated so nicely and wanted to know why he treat a Thief so nicely in fact he didn't think the story's of such a powerful dragon being nice was true that when he told him he knows that he is Ryo Bakura form Kul Elna, a village in the desert region in the Dragon Archipelago and that he runs that village that it was form sometime in his father rule and become a place for those who was banished Ryo was shocked to see not only he knew him by name but to see he even care to know the name of his home that when Kinryu forgive him for his numerous thefts as he could tell that he only did it to help his people and to get back at Ike and those who supported him that got him banished for doing the right thing and trying to rid the Corruption that unknowingly ran rampant in Ike rule for a time he seeks to not only change Draconis but to wash away the sins had left on the kingdom thanks to this and wanted to offer Ryo and his people a place in the kingdom Ryo was moved by his words he could tell he wasn't lying he was pure so was willing to start talks with him about how they can be full part of the kingdom once again when he said that Kinryu laughed and told him he can keep what he was stealing as a sign of good faith he knew that Ryo people likely needed that money after that day the two become very close with each other they like brothers Kinryu would smile when ever Ryo visit for talks or just to hang out and even spar Ryo even at one point had him come to his village where he was given a hero welcome and he got to better know it people one night when the two was together in Kinryu cherry blossom garden that he made when his Dad send him some Cherry blossom trees and seeds the two talked Ryo told him that he wanted to join the thieves guild at first his people wanted to join as a way to get back at the kingdom but now they want to join so they can better help the kingdom Kinryu was happy to hear that and told him that on the day his people become part of the kingdom once more they should do the Dragon Vow of brotherhood here in his cherry blossom garden Ryo was taken back by this as in Draconis Tradition it much like Sworn brother vow in other kingdoms but for Draconis it much more then that Dragon Vow of brotherhood you are brothers both in life and in pamp/Death it is a unbreakable bond and for a Dragon to even offer that they must truly be honest and willing to put their life on the line in time of need and have full trust he was truly moved and accepted it as the two drink the night away

Kul Elna massacre
With Kul Elna close to being part of the kingdom again there was those that protesting that this should not happen and that they can't be trusted so they should be wipe off the face of the Earth more so as they trying to join the thieves guild as word got out but he made a powerful argument about their case and they still Dragons of Draconis and they no way evil or as bad as people think they are they just poor souls who force to live that kind of life just to see the next day and was done a great injustice this won over everyone at lest he thought he did and told that if any one made a move on Ryo Bakura he would send them to Pamper Down later when he gone to Kul Elna to finalise their joining into the kingdom but when he and his personals guards got there confused as their was no one in the village, like it was abandoned this was not normal even at night it busy and they knew he was coming he order his men to look for everyone that when they started to soon heard psychotic laughing, they checked to see the last survivor, Ryo he run up to him asking if he all right and where is everyone! but when he got up and turn to face them all they saw was a twisted maniacal Dragon and in a rage jumped at Kinryu one of his guard acted as a Shield form Ryo attack turning him into a diaper the other guards started to attack to try and stop Ryo with Kinryu ordering them not to hurt Ryo he turning many of the royal guards into diapers, much to their horror, as he was enjoying it his guards try to get him out of harms way Kinryu was not going to let his men get slaughtered and abandon Ryo so he got into the fight calling out Ryo name and trying to use his voice to try to snap him out of it eventually getting him into a bear hug so he could not hunt anyone while he keep trying to clam him down even if he bite down on him in his hold soon it worked as he started to clam down and come back to his senses Kinryu let him go as he look around at what he done and willingly surrendered with that he order some of his guards to look for any other survivors and see if those guards who turn into diapers could be turn back as they bring Ryo back to Draconis Castle for trial as king he watch's over all mayor trials at his throne Ryo tried to tell him everything how a unit of his army come to Kul Elna and attack them and what they did to his people even some of the Dragon Nobles being there Kinryu was shocked hearing this he could tell he wasn't lying when he ask for more details and names one of his advisors silenced him kinryu was mad as it one of the newer advisors that had joined his team of Advisors and he all ways been against and his people on day one still decided to look into this and try to find his people but he sadly would have to throw in the dungeon cells till proven true Ryo understand that

Kinryu rage
The investigation took a long time he knew something was up the Investigation should not taken this long and there was signs that evidence was going missing and someone was trying to stall the investigation he kept seeing Ryo when ever he could and try to keep him clam but could see his mental health deterioarating and likely need to find him one of the best psychologists out there to help him though this once it was over he loved ryo as a brother and he wanted to be brothers with him but one day he would hear that Ryo Bakura had disappeared when his guards went over to check his cell hearing this he was mad so he did the extreme and strip them of their ranks and have them send to do time in a jail cell at Pamper Down for this later his Sister who was visiting and Friends try to clam him down and say that punishment was too severe that when a young royal guard come to him to confess to him that he knew what was going on in the dungeon how the guards that he place on his cell was treating Ryo telling lies that they had already demolished the village, leaving no traces, taunting him as well as anything they could get away with he knew about it for the longest time but they threatened to kill him if he talked and now he could not keep his silence any longer hearing this he was send into a rage that would rival Ryo before his sister could try to stop him he flu off flying to the port as he knew they was going to board a Pamper Down ship soon when he got there he landed slamming into the ground with such force it destroyed the ground around him and left a crater shocking all of the royal guards and Pamper Down guards who was even Malo Vemon but before anyone could say anything he rushed at one of the guards he sending to Pamper down a Noivern as he grab them by the nick and lift them in air so hard he all most ripped out both his head and spine this shock everone but soon that was replace with Fear as they could see how mad he was they never seen him so mad before it like looking at a demon form hell he told them that the gruad they threatened had talked now about what they had done while Ryo was locked up the Noivern so terrified talked he told him what happen at the village as he was there he could even name some of the dragon noble's he saw there and even the guards pointing at a few that was there leading those who loyal to Kinryu to immediately arrest them then he said he knew who was put in charge of leading that attack when he ask who he pointed to a Flygon who was in the crowd when he looked he knew who it was it was one of his advisors in fact it was the same one that silenced Ryo in is trial this fill him with so much hate and anger that his eyes was nearly soulless in fact it so fearful even Malo was frozen in fear he let the dragon go and rushed his advisor before he could say anything attacking him with such brutality it like the devil it self was attacking he at one point while his advisor trying to lie is way out he use a Flamethrower that was so hot form his rage when it hit the left side of the advisor face the burning started to melt part of his face off while he in pain kinryn knock him on the ground on his belly then jump on his back and got a hold of his wings before ripping the flygon wings clean off as he scream in pain before being pick up and toss into a wall then beaten into senselessly before being pull out and toss on to the ground as he slowly got up in pain he grab him by the neck and held him up high as he started crying out for mercy begging for his life but this just made Kinryu even madder as he said to him "Mercy?!? did you give those pokemon at Kul Elna mercy you was there I bet they cry out just like you are now begging for mercy for their life's all the men, women and children did you show them mercy when you had them toss into Vats of Pamp Gel, turning each and everyone of them permanent diapers as you robbed them of their life's of their futures!!" with that he use Flamethrower on the flygon to burn him alive as he screams in pain this even made Kinryu smile as he was enjoying it as he ready his craws and in one swift motion punch a hole though the flygone chest and pull out his still beating heart before he toss his body aside as he breaths his last breath this shocked everyone there as they never seen Kinryu so violent before some of them knew he was close to Ryo but to bring out this much hate those that was there when they saw Ryo in madness this was much like that but instead of madness this was pure Dragon Rage that when they saw him slowly turn to face the guards who taken part in the attack with the look of death in his eyes he has lost him self to his rage and many of his guards and Pamper Down guards try to rush him to stop him but he bleated them back in one attack even Malo try to stop him but he was taken out in one attack as well it only when his Sister call out yelling at him that senseless killing would make it just as bad as the last king and this kind of justice would not be what Ryo would have wanted with that he quickly snap back to his senses and started to clam down he ordered for everyone to be taken away and for ever other guard and names of the Dragon Nobles that could been identified just as he pass out when he come to his guards and family was there they told him that due to his rage he had worn himself out they had round up all guards who was part of the attack and nobles that could been identified by them that talked with this he gone to pass his judgement to those who was tricked, following orders out of loyalty to their commanders and those who was recruits who had no idea what going on or no power to fight back he given them pardons if they go under training to show their loyalty to him some was even demoted down a rank to those who did it fully aware of what they was doing or doing it out of hate base on their crimes those with lesser crimes was forever banished form Draconis and even be branded so the world will know of their sins those who was bad was sent to jail for years or life and the worst of the worst including the Nobles that take part was permanently turn into diapers by the same method they used on those people and was send to Pamper Down he told Malo to have them in their worst level and for them to never see the light of day and never be freed and to give them a fate worse then death this something that later Mako and even Jako would honour this request to this day thanks to this they found a few of the Kul Elna diapers around 10 to 20% it was a start but he knew that their still be more in the kingdom and there a chance that many was taken out of the kingdom to be sold in the back markets so he form two special units in secret the first was the Bakura retrieval squad they was hand picked by Kinryu form his most elite of his guards they would each be given the title of Bakura and the place of their birth that be their names outside of Draconis and are to act fully independently their soul mission was to search the world for the remaining people of Kul Elna and bring them home no matter the cost while bring justice to any that was involved the second unit would be the Secret Dragons investigation squad their mission is to find and root out any and all corruption and find it ring leader pokemon for this are all so hand picked form Kinryu himself

Ifrit theft
Not long after that come a special day the son of a Garchomp Dragon Noble called Thrasher who was a close friend to Kinryu since their childhood and support him before and after he become king Thrasher son was a skill warror and a powerful dragon but he all so idolise Kinryu even become he had become king so the two become very close to each other and trained to be one of his royal guards he showed so much loyally, power and skill he was worthily for one of Sacred weapons of Draconis the Ifrit gauntlets as he and some of his guard headed for the treasure vault of the Dragon King in truth he was going to give Ifrit to Ryo when they become brothers he knew he was skilled at gauntlets he wanted it to be a surprise in fact he been hesitant he not dare look at them after he disappeared as it reminded him of his failure to help Ryo but as much as he hated it he had to move past that when they reach where the treasure vault they right away saw signs of entry as soon as they got in someone had gotten in and pass the guards outside and it was very recent they rushes in hoping to catch the intruder but saw no one Kinryu soon spotted some dragon scales when he taken a closer look he saw they was Kommo-o scales there was only one he knew who would try to get in here that when his guards called him telling him that the Ifrit gauntlets had been taken and a calling card was left when he pick it up to read it he right away knew that handwriting it was Ryo! he thought as he read it saying "Don't mind me taking theses Kinryu those who wrong me will pay and so will everyone pay we don't meet for your sake don't seek me out" this at first fill him with relief he now knew that Ryo was alive and well after he disappeared but was worried he did something that he could not give a simple slap on the wrist for stealing form the treasure vault as most of what in here is Sacred or strongly tie to Draconis history be it form hero's of Draconis, it past King and queens or gifts form other kingdoms he could not let him go for this as it seem weak he would at very least give him a trial but soon he started to wonder what he said in that calling card was it a threat? did the fact that the Investigation taken so long that he lost all faith in him that it turn into hate that their bond no longer mean anything to him so much so he willing to directly steal form him he would be saddled if this was true but he not going to give up on Ryo so he put a high bounty on him wanted only alive and not perm pamp so he could bring him home and tell him he sorry for failing him and he do everything in his power to make things right and with this bounty even for Ryo it would greatly limit his movements

Bakura Hope
Kinryu would start a restoration project of Kul Elna he would rebuild the town to be bigger and better then before as he had it close off for a long time it time to do something about it he would have all the existing buildings renovated to make them better only not touching and leavening anything that Ryo and his people loved that they never wanted removed or changed he would all so build newer buildings even other kingdoms pitch in to give help with the building as this was out of pure intentions even building a history Museum that hold all of the town and it people history so it can never be forgotten and what happen would never be forgotten he would even have a statue made in the town centre of Ryo Bakura that Kinryu would pay for himself and would rename Kul Elna to Bakura Hope to honour him and to show him where ever he may be he truly cared as for what diapers they found he had a special place build near the castle that would care for them they would put on a special display for their comfort and if worn they would be treated with love and respect as the pokemon guards, Maids and caretakers who would care for them must have undying loyalty to kinryu and are hand picked for it they even given spas and all kinds of diaper treatment for free just to make their diaper time as diapers more comfortable and give them some joy as well as any family they had to come see them and not rest till all of them are found and place there and hopefully they can all see Ryo face once again

Swia war
Just before the war his Garndson Drake the Diapercritter reach out to him telling him Mona 2 form Pangororia wanted to seek allies he knew that cat form few times he gone there and respected Hawk strength so he let them know that if Mona did go to war Draconis would side with them and when it did happen he was quick to form his army form all parts of the kingdom and go to Pangororia to give them aid with the dragons of Draconis there was nothing to fear and he was happy to battle along side so many powerful warriors and rulers

Purging Corruption
once the war was over and he gotten back to Draconis when he gotten into his room he found on his desk notes and files he never seen before when he taken a look they was sign by Ryo Bakura with it saying "I did the very work for you get my people the justice they deserve!" he soon read it over and he was in both shock and rage Ryo Bakura use the Swia war to dig around to find all those who was part of that attack so many years ago and most of all the ringleader it was Thrasher his childhood Friend he taken over after his father and he ordered the attack on Kul Elna with this he could end it all he gathered all who he knew was loyal and have them get ready as they gone around quietly making arrests he ask for his family form both Turtlereef and Pamper Down to come end this Corruption and once they was had come even Mako come thanks to Charla once everything was ready his spy's told him that Thrasher was holding a private party at his estate all that was there are part of the Corruption they was going to end it tonight thankful Thrasher son kept his loyalty to Kinryu and let them get into the estate with his army they stormed the Estate and get inside and starting making arrests and taking out anyone who try to fight back this lead to a battle between him and Thrasher in this battle he ask why he been doing this all behind his back they wanted to change Draconis for the better why then keep this Corruption going why do things like attack Ryo and his people he told Kinryu when he taken over all the changes he made befriending scum like Ryo he saw he become to soft too weak and he wasn't fool by it so he taken over after his father the Kul Elna massacre and diving Ryo Bakura to madness was a start as he told him he had most of his people those he did not keep he sell off or send them to his ally outside of the kingdom who been helping him his son hearing what his father said knew right away where they was and headed to save them while Kinryu continue to battle with Thrasher till Thrasher said something that would be the death of him he told Kinryu he grown to hate him and his family so much that he pay for a assassin to kill his father Ike Longwang this made anger and rage build up inside of him hearing his father blood was on his hands he then go on saying he planning to kill his sister and gandson next wipe out his family line and save him for last when he work a plan to overthrow him in his grieving state and just before he end him he would had gotten someone to steal Ike lifeless diaper form tuttle and burn it in front of him hearing all this what he planed to do this made his rage build to the point that it was greater then the last time he was lost to his rage this made him fight in a state that he was far more powerful then he was before that fully catch Thrasher off guard he never see him this powerful he could not match his power and speed he was just pure rage so much so his attacks started a inferno that was burning down the estate at the end of the battle he send him flying into a wall but before he could get back up part of the celling come down on him trapping him as Kinryu walk up he ask him to finish him give him a dragon death but instead Kinryu said this "you are no Dragon you wish to keep up this cycle of hate and death it ends with you and who ever you been working with this fire here is not just my own rage it Ryo Bakura rage and his people rage who futures you had destroyed you do not deserve a quick or honourable death yours will be slow and pain full as the fires of our rage burn you down to your soul and drown you in hell fire my father will see to that as he pulls you down in the hell your made don't keep the devil waiting" as he said that flames started to consume Thrasher as he scream in pain and agony as Kinryu just walk out leavening him to his fate once he gotten out everyone rush over happy to see he made it out his sister ask him if he was all right Kinryu smile and say that his rage is gone and the kingdom is truly free and thanks to Thrasher son they got all of the poke diapers out and even leads to where most of the others could be but could not find anything about his ally he mentioned with they feel they round up about 80% of the diapers and a other 10 if they can be track down leavening only 10% that would be missing still he was happy and wonder if Ryo was happy to

Mako ways
Soon after all that happen he learned form his sister that Mako had left Pamper Down and jako is now running it and left he knew that Mako and Jako had a hard time seeing eye to eye as Jako just like him wanted to start change his sister told him where mako would be around this time when he seeing Ramus for a talk he soon learn that Ramus been trying to reach mako and that his kids Dimitri and Azar was planning to do something about it he then told the pair how they could Mako to turn Crownreef as Mako while following the old ways he still follows the Dragon code of honour very strongly they can use it against him if they offer a dragon challenge and do the Dragon right of loyalty no matter how he feels he haves to accept if he turns it down it will stain his honour and he be known as a coward to the dragons there they fight him with worrying about his powers as given his powers comes form his cruse pamp and not himself he can't use them and he go as a witness so it make sure Mako has no choice but to accept once they reach where he was he watch as the pair fight and beat mako following the code he had to swear his loyalty to both them and crownreef latter he got a chance to talk to Mako about his son Jako and that he should not be mad at Jako it a child right to walk the path they want and for Jako he wanted change to make pamper down better much like how he made Draconis better he then said that his sister told him everything about what mako was like before the fall of Swia and deep down how much this been hurting her and their kids she never wanted to say it in his face but when he close off his heart and abandoned everything form before the fall he better hurting them and he should of thinking of changing his ways and take in life those who died before him likely don't want him living a life of hate

One day he gotten a report form his Bakura in the sand kingdom who send him a picture in this picture he was shock he saw it was Ryo Bakura he was with a few pokemon he knew form outlaw posters like the Toxtricity and a Lopunny who he knew as he see some of her shows he knew that it ruler as a brother to Ramus so he headed to see him right away and told Ramus that the Kommo-o who part of the group that overthrowed his brother as Ryo Bakura knowing this he offer Ramus the use of Secret Dragons investigation squad to help with their investigation and with how things was looking with Mist kingdom and butterfly kingdom this would give the investigation teams the chance they need to get everything they need when all eyes would be on that when he headed back to his kingdom he made a vow that when the time comes he bring Ryo Bakura home he had to after all he was his brother even if they never did get to doing that vow this time he was not going to fail him when the time come.
