Per Artfight character details: Blaire is actively working to reform a rogue Banette Veiled that Blaire has affectionately named Annie. Due to the extreme nature of the Banette Veil's transformation, splitting the soul of the human and Pokémon would lead to the death of the human. After confirming through her Mirage powers that the two souls were happy together, Blaire opted to spare the pair, giving them a chance to assist with her Mirage duties.
