Wow this honestly looks great! I really really like how you draw sharp teeth, especially with how you drew them gritting for the actual sneeze - showing a little gum is always a detail I find myself really liking! (As odd as that may be lmaooo)
And I've mentioned this before, but your method of rendering is so unbelievably good! Just the cell shading and lighting on top of the airbrush shone really makes this pic feel alive.
Another odd note to comment on, but the way you're able to draw clothing and the way it bunches in the right places is also really satisfying~
And finally I really like the inner rim detail for the nostril! I always think things like that add depth to a characters nose and it just looks super good!! Awesome job, Hachii! ^u^

the snout crinkling is my favorite part about this piece and I agree with the others here about the rendering of your art, it's something to look up to!
