To be underwater, it is almost like being in a whole other world, or like space separated by only a thin film of surface tension. You cannot be down long, needing air, but until then, it is like levitating, floating weightless, gravity subjective, hair and fur all akimbo. But here for a brief moment beneath the water, there was only the moonlight breaking the mirror-like surface, only the warmth of two bodies meeting in the cool waters abound. Only two lovers together.

Such masterful use of light and shadow in this underwater scene. The darkness creates a sense of intimacy and mystery. Their hair dancing around their heads really emphasizes the sway of the current. The figures themselves, suspended in the water, appear weightless and serene. It's a beautiful portrayal of love's tender embrace, made even more poignant by the muted tones of the underwater world.
