Had this idea to help people learn what my Folicoatl species is all about by doing these sketch pages focusing on different aspects of folicoatls!
An aspect is essentially what real life species of plant the character is based on, in this case, Drafting-Wind here is a cannabis foli! Always a great friend to have around, works as a therapist professionally, and those who spend time around it always remark feeling calm and at ease.

I do have some questions about it, like:
Cannabis has a lifespan of up to 10 months, according to the internet. How does that affect Breeze's life?
Does it receive any of the psychoactive effects of the plants and funghi growing on it?
Isn't cannabis very sun-hungry? What's it do in winter?

Folicoatls can vary in lifespan but typically I just go with close to human life expectancy. It probably gets some of the psychoactive effects of the mushrooms passively, but to it that's just its baseline so it's not like there's a non-high state to compare to, no to mention it probably gets a bigger high from straight up eating the mushrooms ^^
Typically folicoatls get a lil more lethargic on winter, and in temperate climates some folicoatls even hibernate through it! So long as Drafting-Breeze lives in tropical/lightly temperate places and gets plenty of sunlight throughout its day, it shouldn't have a problem, though!
