Waaaaah! finally!i managed to cell shade something, or rather someone XD i know, it's rather unusual for me but i had urge to draw something more cartoonish and it somehow fell on him XD and since it is suppose to cartoon, then i i tried to amke him as simple as possible for me ;) ...but actually the part from which i am most proud is the throne behind him :)
would you watch cartoon which look like this? XD
hehe!I know that light is not actually very accurate here but in normal conditions of his realm, we wouldn't be able to see a thing XD
