Done to Little Wonders by Rob Thomas as part of this 100 Song Theme Challenge thing I'm doing.
This character means as much or more to me than my fursona or any other character. Why does a character who I rarely draw mean so much to me? Because he is not the fursonification of a person I know but rather of a thing--my handwriting to be specific. I'm the kind of person who take her characters very seriously and became very much attached to them. (This doesn't mean I'm not up for critique or negative comments about them.)
So this is Marcus Handry, who was created close to 3 years ago when my teacher said my handwriting (top right corner) was that of a mouse's. He looks almost completely different from how he was when I first created him, but I like this version more. I plan on throwing together a quick Character Development Meme of him to show just what I mean.
His personality is carved from the personality of my handwriting, which btw is included in this picture. Yup, that handwriting is what this mouse/rat/whatever you want to call it is. He is selfless, shy, easily stressed, always silent, and very naive. He is basically still a child. He can not talk so he communicates with the pencil he carries around with him instead. He is very optimistic and loves the "little wonders" in life. ^^ He's also probably meterosexual seeing as how my handwriting has a feminine feel to it even though its (fur)sonification is male. lol
Lazy background is lazy.
