This fusion is between a Stunky's knack for potion making and a kind but often unlucky Monster Eater. You get a rubber suit wearing Stunky doctor. For safety she refuses to try her medications on others until she has tried them on herself first. One formula led to her body changing requiring the rubber suit. Most of her potions have led to extreme gassy results and has been the cause of various incidents (and increase in patients). She works in an underground office area to avoid accidents. Even dug out a spot for her cauldron brewing due to her distrust of modern-day equipment. Thankfully she's kept her job despite the accidents. Probably helps that she inhaled a few detractors for lunch when they really got on her bad side.
This version of her has visible pupils, but her body is still a foul-smelling gas cloud underneath the outfit.
