Arthur works the night shift because no one wants his glaringly obnoxious bunny head in the way during the day. He's very self conscious of the way he looks so he refuses to take it off. He's diligent about his work so the manager doesn't give him much grief about it.

Holland spends most of her time filling in for other people, constantly changing shifts. She doesn't really mind, it's not like she has much to do outside of her job. She loves the sweets they serve and usually sneaks a few bites. God knows they only let her keep her job because she's so charismatic.
