This "Unfinshed" image was the last of the "Musier" series, and only the line art remains of the original colour image. Here Musier along with his still hung over companion have gotten to their posts just in time for the "Inspector General" to walk by. A quick "Hurrumpf!" from the "Brass Badger" and it's over until the next time.

I just had the mental image of the ferret carrying a chocolate covered treat from the PX and getting caught with it by an "Officer." Oh gads! He can't put it under his cap either.
