It's the year of the dragon!!!
For Simone, it's a special year, being a dragon herself, and therefore tells herself that she will thus be able to obtain privileges, such as being glorified by all those who are not dragons.
May all those who do not glorify her and do not offer all that she asks will suffer her wrath by being eaten as an offering.
Until Rozathias, her best friend and roommate, comes to break Simone's delirium and reminds her that they are half dragons and therefore refuses to obey her. Add more, that they will stop preparing delicious meals for Simone, in large quantities.
This displeases Simone, feeling annoyed that her friend is interrupting her fun, but doesn't want them to stop making these meals, especially since they are super delicious. X'D
