This is a commission for the very first time by DerangedArtist!
Looks like Charile been messing around with a helium tank, and got a bit carried away! Now he's trying to reach for the valve, but it's no good, he's too far. He'll have to hope the tank will run empty soon, or we're about to have a new blimp for a cat! XD
