Looks like there's trouble going on up on the rooftops, time for Blue Bouncer to show his skills! He opens his mouth and belly button cap and begins to suck in air in both places, rapidly inflating his body. Once the air is inside him, it changes to helium, giving him the float power needed to scale the building. With his air-to-helium capability and the use of the thrusters around the white stripe of his suit, he's able to quickly gain altitude to assess the situation. In the distance it also looks like some other heroes are off doing their duty for the city.
