HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR 2024! Year of the dragon!
So I do believe today marks the official new moon and the start of the year of the dragon!
This is actually based on an old design I did way back in the early 2000's as part of GCSE assignment 'present a piece showing the cultures of South Asia as 'bursting with colour'." and I always wanted to revisit it one day:

Can't remember why, but I think the people at the bottom was how drab things felt outside of the colours and cultures of South Asia bursting forward? I can't actually remember what I was trying to say here. I was coming off doing a study on Barbara Kruger, so I think that influenced the people at the bottom.
Last year of the dragon was 2012 and here was the last picture I did:
