This is the Kingdom: Under the Sea. It's a safe place to live, for most seawings. There's plenty of food swimming around, and surface dragons can't come down here to threaten us. We've got a fair and just ruler, and as long as you keep your fins clean, you'll be just fine. But even in this aquatic paradise, there will always be those who aren't happy, and who turn toward crime to get what they want. When they do, that's when I go to work. I carry a badge.
It was early afternoon in the Kingdom of the Sea, and a warm current was flowing through. I was working the day shift out of Homicide Divison, when we got a call come in that made my scales shiver... One toy whale by the name of Mr. Blubbers, murdered in cold blood at a child's dinner party. My partner's name is Starfish... My name's Galapagos.
