Found your comment on IloveCritique. Anyway, Mostly, I'm noticing the glasses, I think you could make (my) left side of the frame large in proprotion to the other and have to closer to the left ear. (the head seems slightly tilted to one side, so it seems logical) The colour is superb, I like the detail with the stray hairs... It's very cartoony, but the glasses look mismatched.

Hmm... "Fever Dreams" seems like an apt title to me because I know that when I have a fever, my dreams are weird. Well... weirder than usual. That expression also fits how I feel when I wake up from said dreams.
