I was trying to export the Dark Portal from WMV but the textures would not export properly (at least I think that is what the problem was) so I decided to download the most recent version of WMV to see if this problem would be solved, I uninstalled the old version and installed the new one, and the characters had missing textures, I thought maybe WoW needed to be updated (keep in mind that the most recent version of WoW that I had was Shadowlands, which I never got to play because I quit before it launched) and when I did, it bricked the whole program. Turns out that WMV isn't compatible with Dragonflight and a quick search lead to me realizing that the newest version of the model viewer was bugged and the older version was recommended and that a backup of shadowlands had to be present, meaning that if I had just given up on the Dark Portal model, I wouldn't have been in this situation, and because I updated WoW, I will not be able to extract any models or skins from the game until the version for DF is out, and Lord knows when that will happen.
