Whitecap is one of my TUGS fan-characters.Whitecap is a harbor tug, despite him being the same size as Ten Cents. He's called Whitecap due to the fact that his livery is mostly white paint. He also wears a pure white hat. The only part of him that isn't painted all white is his smoke stack. The reason for him being painted mostly white is because he has seen many ocean-liners and all the liners he's seen had white paint. He thinks that if he has white paint like the ocean liners, it'd make him look as good as an ocean liner, despite being a tug. He is known to be somewhat stubborn and refuses to bring in the tramper, Nantucket whenever he comes to port... Then again hardly any of the tugs wants to bring in Nantucket. Whitecap is also known to be somewhat cocky, but also brave and is always on the look out for any chance to prove that Star Tugs are more reliable then Z-stacks. Whitecap always tries to find an easier way to do things. He has a Scottish accent.

Whitecap came to Bigg City Port one day, but nobody knew why. Neither the Captain Zero or Captain Star had requested a new switcher to come work for them. In fact, the tugs were somewhat curious towards him, because nobody owned him... He had now company flag on him or a company logo painted on his stack. As it turned out... Whitecap was just looking for some one to work for. He helped the Star Tugs out alot when he was still deciding if he wanted to work for Captain Star or for Captain Zero. He had heard many good things about both Star Tugs and Z-stacks. But over time, he eventually found out that all the good things he's heard about the Z-stacks.... Were just lies... He realized just how devious and evil-minded the Z-stacks were. So he went to Captain Star to ask for a job. He got the job and now he's the 11th member of the Star Tugs.
