CleanTech ( C-T ) company building, i had lust to build a big structure to fit my Big sweeper in, this Building has an Chefs-Office, Service-Office, a Research-Lab with Testing Chamber, a large Storage for repairing all sweepers, a smaller storage for the Lab, a big repair garage, a break room for all employees. it also has two small AI vehicles. these are made to bring heavier or bigger parts from the storage to the service area.

All roofes can be detached, also the two second floor rooms gen be taken out, and the entire building can be taken apart into 6 segmenst. ever segment has its own Baseplate
