Description:- The Solarisium Belltower is a gutted belltower missing its bell. The only thing that resides in the tower is a ghoulish ghost.

If anyone investigates the tower or plays music close to it, the ghost will drag the person inside the building and take them to the top. The ghost will tie the person up to a rope connected to a wooden beam across the middle of the tower.

The tied-up person will then go through two transformations, the first being transformed into a woman wearing a large padded ball gown. The second transformation finds the victim being turned to solid gold, and then the lower half of the dress will become hollow as the person turns into a golden bell that looks like a woman.

If the sound of the bell is bad, the ghoul will throw it out of the tower, where people can retrieve it and help turn it back into their human form.

If the bell makes a good sound, then the bell will remain in the tower until the ghoul kidnaps another person.

History: Centuries ago, a grand church was built called the “Solarisium Cathedral” with a tall bell tower which housed a beautiful bell called “The Singing Angel Bell” made out of solid gold with many jewels embedded into it that was shaped to look like a woman.

The bell was rung daily, and the noise it made has always been described as angelic.

Years passed, and the Solarisium Cathedral was destroyed as a new religion came in and removed any traces of the Solarisium religion. Fortunately, the bell tower remained due to the bell's sweet sounds it played and protests by the local community.

The new religion did not manage the bell tower site correctly. Fewer and fewer people came to the site to do the tower maintenance, so eventually, it became dilapidated.

Eventually, a local noble was low on funds and took “The Singing Angel Bell” from the tower. It is unknown what happened to the bell after it left the building, but what is certain are the troublesome events that occurred in the tower after the bell left.

Back when the bell tower was part of the Solarisium Cathedral, there was one priest who loved the sound of “The Singing Angel Bell”, and after their death, the priest returned to the realms of the living as a ghost. The priest then spent all its time sleeping beneath the bell tower, listening to the sounds of the bell until the bell left the building.

When the bell was removed from the tower and no longer played its tune, the priest's spirit awoke and frantically searched the area for the bell.
The ghost came across some locals who were lamenting the loss of the bell and found out what had happened to it.

When the Solarisium Cathedral was destroyed, the spirit did nothing as its precious bell tower was left intact, but now those who should have been looking after the bell had allowed it to be taken away; the spirit was overwhelmed by rage and became a vengeful ghoul.

The ghoul held the local community and the new religion responsible for the bells' disappearance, making them take the brunt of the spectre's anger.

The ghoul started by kidnapping women from the villages surrounding the bell tower, turning them into bells and hanging them up in the bell tower to replace The Singing Angel Bell.

The spectre initially stated that it would return the girls if the real The Singing Angel Bell, but after a while, the ghoul started to get antsy as its inability to hear The Singing Angel Bell's song began to affect the ghoul's train of thought.

Each of the girls who were turned into a bell made their own tune when rung, but none matched The Singing Angel Bell. In the ghouls' desperation to hear the ringing of The Singing Angel Bell, the ghost began to transform both women and men into bells shaped like The Singing Angel Bell, hoping that one of them would make a sound similar to the bell it loved. Any bell that did not make the correct sound was thrown out of the tower, filling the grounds around the bell tower with discarded bells.

Eventually, adventurers went to the bell tower to deal with the ghoul. While the adventurers could take the discarded bells away and turn them back into humans, they could not face the ghoul, as the moment they entered the bell tower, the ghouls would turn them into bells as well.

The Belltower site was walled off, preventing anyone from being kidnapped and turned into bells for many years until members of the Artifact Retrieval and Transportation (A.R.T.) team appeared.

The A.R.T. team members used a robot to distract the ghoul by helping it to synthesise the sound of The Singing Angel Bell from a music database.
