'the teeth' is a long mountain range that separates the wilds from the realm of men. They are named so because not only do the jagged cliffs appear as a line of teeth, but the path is incredibly dangerous and known for claiming the lives of those who go ill prepared for the journey.
The other side of this mountain rage is no less inhospitable. The wilds are home to fae, dragon, and monsters of all ilk. Only those seeking magics and treasures and with a foolish sense of optimism risk such ventures. And only those clever and strong enough make the return journey.
