It's a mirror...but maybe the guy going donk sees the reflection of that mirror in one he's facing, and he thinks it's somebody else TF'ing. (Which he finds very funny and starts braying laughter, which makes him and his reflection change more and makes him bray more, which makes his reflection change more... repeat until fully donkified)
