A stand appear randomly in an empty street, its red heatlights lighting up the dull gray walls...
An eastern dragon cooks there in the small food cart...
"Hello !" He exclaims with enthousiasm !
When approaching him he smiles at you, you see his beer belly on the side as he welcomes ya warmingly...
If you look deep in thoughts he'd ask about your trouble interrested.
He'd give you some wisdom words to ease your soul.
He cooks in a fiery passions while looking at he's fresh ingredients.
His sweet cuisine and words helps up the lost.
He's always up to help anyone if he can
He has some tf power knowledge sometime uses it for jokes but these usually goes down after some short time
If someone need it he cause stronger magic but be carefull what you wish for.
He talks about how he was bullied and kids were scared of him when young the only way he got friends was by transforming others to let them understand his pain
He got out and then started working as a chef in different kitchens until he got fired because of his jokes.
He calmed down with the transformation with age still able to do it...
