A representative of omnivorous fauna. Peaceful.
Body length is 2 meters, and from the top of the back and the full length of the tentacles stretching to the ground, a height of about 2.5 meters. Widespread throughout Kendaris.
An unusual, colorful and brightly colored creature that can be found on the seashores of Kendaris, and in coastal waters.
On land, the Fapibar is like an airship, hovering above the ground and lightly touching it with the tips of its tentacles. With the help of its skirt-like skin folds, this creature can accelerate and maneuver both in the water and on land. The upper part of the carcass is protected by a carapace.
It searches for food with its proboscis, which is the nose, mouth and hand of the Fapibar. Thanks to the powerful triple beak inside the proboscis, or rather inside its base, Fapibar easily chews hard food such as bones, shells of mollusks or shells of small crustaceans.
The Kendarians call Fapibars cleaners, as they clean the beaches of dead creatures and vegetation after storms. Just after a storm, the Fapibars come to the shore in large groups to make a real feast for themselves. And so, in normal times they wander alone along the shores, or swing on the waves like an inflatable circle, or swim in the sea water column, picking his trunk in the coral reef in search of food.
This is why the beaches are clean after a storm, as the Fapibar rake in their tentacles everything they can carry and hide in their sea lair. Because of this greed, there is a real tug-of-war between the Fapibars. But, these animals forget about their greed in a flash, as soon as they see someone who approaches them. They are very fearful, and at the slightest danger drop everything and rush into the water, sharply flapping their leathery folds like wings.
The breeding season takes place every year in the hottest month of the year. Males and females gather in one place (mostly in sea tunnel nets), where they mark eggs together.
