She doesn't do this out of malice, though, for her it's just a bit of fun, and she'll usually turn her victims back to normal after a little while. She also has a bit of a vengeful side, though. If you try to steal from her shop, she gives you a free transformation - into new merchandise for her to sell. Other than that, Misty is a bit on the ditzy side... that's not to say she's not smart, she knows her stuff when it comes to both worldly knowledge and magic, she's just a bit airheaded and oblivious. She can also be a little hyperactive at times.
Bio: Misty is a witch specializing in enchanted items, magical trinkets and transformative potions. She runs a shop called Misty's Magical Emporium, which on the outside is literally just a door attached to a wall, the shop itself is inside a magic demiplane and the door is a portal. This way, if she needs to move her shop she can just move the door.
