This is a scene parody right at the beginning of the movie where Flounder and Ariel went to look for human trinkets and such inside of a sunken ship when later a giant shark shows up to try and eat them. Undertow was the shark's name I believe. Instead Ariel already predicts the outcome and plans to lure him into the anchor trap that was done in the movie.
