As a nerd, I have a longstanding desire to exist within well-designed game worlds. This one is The World Ends With You, originally a /fascinating/ DS game whose esoteric interface got toned down for every re-release and sequel.
The enemies all had turn-of-the-century tribal tattoo limbs for attack surfaces, which worked really well for readability on a small screen. Also looked super cool.
