A persnickety, yet passionate puffin using radio based technology. Including hijacking the airwaves, microphones and wiretaps to gather information. Even utilizing synthetic vocal recordings to fool would be assassins . Now ruling the airwaves in the name of freedom. Yet no intentions of ruling or conquering. Speaking his mind from his former home of the Democratic People’s Republic of Euros. Now defected from the dictatorship, he now works as a pirate radio dj from an abandon seafort, just far enough form the shores so he wont be caught by the authorizes.
With his charming, suave and warm voice, evening knowing secrets that most don’t want to hear for the sake of the truth. While at the sometime fact checking as he’s not a fan of bias. And wanted to help and inform all if possible.
Yet this was not the case in the past. As he ironically the head of the propaganda. Passionately Believing in the socialist utopia where all can live happily ever-after. Knowing the latest news and progress and even classified info to show the nations pride. This was all about to change one day, without his consent, he’s voice was put into an AI synth program. Posting the nations radio broadcast 24/7 automantncily without stopping. Feeling betrayed and disillusioned by this choice, he fully defected from his nation. Using his knowledge from his failed state, he loves to take a big slice of revenge for his next broadcast. Exposing the flaw of his nation and promoting freedom to the oppressed people, human or anthro. Openly criticizing the hell of their government, the system and how to stop its evil plans by his open radio broadcasts. Calling himself along with his knowhow and mastery of the technology in radios, Emperor Radio now on the waves.
