He hails from a family of foxes who are more or less a mafia. Their operations are within the nearby town and run a protection racket of sorts mostly for food and other goods. ATM, they are currently in a turf war with Bully and his rats. I should note he speaks with an Italian American accent, and the reason he chews on a twig is because he once saw a human smoking a cigar and decided to mimic it.
