A stinky wind blows, it’s salty and tastes like ocean. Your character feels a little sick because of this iodized aftertaste, and will need to go out into the forest to get away from the ocean. There is a strong smell in the village too of tide, seaweed and fermented fish. Someone has obviously left fruits and fish rotting in a coconut shell, it's making your character sick. You get x1 medicinal plants from your tribe to heal your character.

The smell was too strong, too atrocious. Sahima couldn’t handle it. She felt sick to her stomach. The scent resonated everywhere she went. She couldn’t get away from it. She had no choice but to accept help from a healer from the tribe.
My, how the mighty adventurer Sahima has fallen. Forced to abandon her self-sustaining nature in seek of help from another. The scent was oh to strong for her smell receptors.
She was given a herbal remedy to try to diminish the symptoms she was suffering from. But it didn’t work fast enough. Guess she’ll have to ride this out in her den until the medicine begins to work.
