Part two of my free request inflations, this is 
gubaguy, who asked to be inflated "In a strange way." Well, the strangest thing I could think of was inflation legislation, so there you go. Hope you like it Gubaguy!
Not much to say about this one, not my best but not my worst. I tried a sligtly different drawing style, as evidenced by the hands. I dunno if I'll do it again, but it was a good experiment.
