He is Feo. :)
A kirin-kitsune hybrid! The feathers come from the dragon side of his kirin lineage.
When he soaks up lots of magical power, he becomes as seen on the right side.
As a tuner (something of a druid), Feo is able to channel the magic of the earth, but also the magic of anyone he's gotten especially close to: physically, yes, but also emotionally; to those he's taken an affinity to. If they are an enemy, this is also possible, but a ritual is involved.
The mint-green horn and hair ties indicate his zen state. Between this and the gold-horned form, his vigor state, he fluctuates naturally.
More than a character, he is my alternate sona. Sini is still with me, but on the sidelines for now, and I hope that you'll stick with me while I go through changes.
