I've been through the same. And worse. Four AM, "YOUR COMPUTER HAS A VIRUS."
What are you doing on the computer at this time in the morning.
Virus is opening ports itself and is somehow deeply rooted. Disconnection of the internet, lots of cleaning, a reinstall, and fiftieth virus scan later, I start to go back to bed.
Alarm goes off; 2:00pm, time for work.
