Got to fire an M39 several years ago and I was immediately sold on the quality.
Downside: they've gone up so much in price since then I haven't been able to justify one over other purchases ;.=.;
Marvelous find, though!

Has a 1944-dated Sako with cracked stock.

A cracked stock seemed pretty common on these. But at the gun show I found two of these from different dealers and they had nice stocks. Just chose this one cause of the price.
